What a session covers
1:1 video coaching
A scheduled 45-minute conversation. Studio includes one per billing month; Atelier includes two. You bring the work, or the lack of it.
Process review
Where you are stuck, what you already tried, and a short written next step after the call — not a generic prompt pack.
Study and residency matching
On Atelier: help choosing programs, master-classes, plein-airs, and residencies. We do not run those programs; we help you pick and apply.
Exhibition and promotion
On Atelier: guidance on galleries, exhibiting, and getting the work seen. We are not a gallery, an agent, or a publicist on retainer.
Process
How coaching works

Choose a plan
Studio is one session a month. Atelier adds a second session and guidance on study paths, galleries, and exhibiting. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Send a request
Tell us your name, email, and plan. We confirm you are 18 or older and that this format is a reasonable fit — not a clinical assessment, and not a portfolio review that guarantees shows.

Pay, then book
We email a secure payment link from our payment provider. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Session times follow after payment is confirmed.
Coaching is a recurring subscription. It renews each month or year until you cancel. Cancel from the instructions in your welcome email, or by writing to hello@indigocosmo.club before the next billing date.
The session
What a coaching session is — and is not
A session is a scheduled 45-minute video call. You and a coach follow a simple agenda: the work, where it stalled, and one or two concrete moves for the next month — in the studio, on the page, or toward a program or exhibition.
Coaches are not acting as licensed psychologists, counselors, psychotherapists, or medical professionals in these sessions. They do not diagnose conditions, treat mental or physical illness, or provide legal, financial, or crisis advice. They are not gallery directors or licensed art dealers.
If a conversation suggests you need clinical care, we will say so and stop the coaching format. You remain responsible for seeking licensed help. If you need an agent or a lawyer, that is outside this service.
Session rules
- Booked by email after payment, in a time zone you name.
- 48-hour notice to reschedule; unused sessions do not roll over.
- Video only. Do not join while driving or in an unsafe place.
- Not for emergencies, abuse disclosure as treatment, or medication questions.

FAQ
Common questions
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Indigo Cosmo sells personal coaching for creative work. We are not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. If you have a mental or physical health condition, speak with a qualified clinician.
How does billing work?
Plans are subscriptions billed in USD every month or every year. After we accept your request, you pay through a secure checkout hosted by our payment provider. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You will receive a receipt from the payment provider.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@indigocosmo.club with the address you used to pay, before your next billing date. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate unused days, except where the law requires it. Cancellation stops future charges; it is not by itself a refund of the current period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on the terms in our Refunds policy. In short: a full refund is available if you ask within 14 days of first payment and you have not attended a session. After a session or after that window, coaching fees are not refundable except where required by law.
Who is this for, and who should not join?
For adults (18+) who make things — painting, writing, craft, and neighbouring practices — and who want structured coaching on block, study, and getting work shown. Do not use this service instead of emergency care, psychiatric care, or licensed counseling. We do not place you in a gallery or guarantee exhibitions, residencies, or sales.
What language are sessions in?
English on this public site. Calls are by scheduled video. You need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
