Terms of use
1. The service
We provide personal coaching and guidance for creative work: scheduled one-to-one video sessions, help with creative block and writer's block, assistance choosing educational programs, master-classes, plein-airs, and art residencies, and guidance on producing, exhibiting, and promoting work with galleries. Sessions are structured coaching conversations, not counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, or medical care. We are not a gallery, an artist’s agent, or a licensed art dealer, and we do not guarantee exhibitions, residencies, admissions, or sales.
Current plans and prices are published on the Site (Studio 79 USD per month or 790 USD per year; Atelier 149 USD per month or 1490 USD per year). We may change future prices with notice by email before the next renewal. A change does not alter a period you have already paid for.
2. Not medical or psychological care
We are not a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing on the Site or in a session is medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental disorder. The service is not a crisis line and is not monitored 24 hours a day. If you are in immediate danger or severe distress, contact local emergency services or a licensed clinician. If we reasonably believe the coaching format is unsafe or unsuitable, we may end sessions and refund unused prepaid session time.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Coaching is personal; you may not share session access or resell seats. We may refuse or cancel a plan if the format is not appropriate, if information you gave is false, or if you breach these terms. A refusal is not a clinical assessment or a critique of your work.
4. How a contract is formed
Sending the request form or an email is an inquiry, not a purchase. A contract starts when you complete payment on the checkout page hosted by our payment provider. Until then we have no obligation to deliver sessions or other guidance.
5. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
- Coaching is a recurring subscription billed in USD monthly or yearly, plus any taxes the payment provider is required to collect.
- It renews automatically at the end of each paid period unless you cancel first.
- To cancel, email hello@indigocosmo.club from the address used at checkout, before the next billing date. We will confirm in writing.
- After cancellation you keep unused booked sessions until the end of the period already paid. We do not prorate unused days except where the law requires it.
- Refunds, if any, follow the Refunds policy.
6. Sessions
- Studio includes one 45-minute video session per billing month. Atelier includes two. Unused sessions expire at the end of that month and do not roll over.
- Schedule by email. Reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows count as the month’s session (or one of the two, on Atelier).
- Join from a private, stable connection. Do not attend while driving or where you cannot speak freely.
- Coaches are not acting as licensed psychologists, counselors, physicians, or art dealers in these sessions.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact details and keep your email working — that is how we send scheduling and billing notices.
- Use session notes for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
- Do not record a session without our written consent, and do not publish session recordings or another client’s work.
- Do not use the service to seek emergency help, to harass anyone, or to break the law.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, methods, and written next-step notes we send you are owned by Indigo Cosmo or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use them while your plan is active. Your own artwork remains yours. We do not grant a licence to copy or teach our methods commercially.
9. Availability
We aim for reasonable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Sessions may be rescheduled for illness or force majeure; we will offer an alternative time in the same billing month where we reasonably can.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results vary; we do not promise improved health, income, exhibitions, residencies, sales, relationships, or any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places our limits apply only as far as allowed.
11. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, these terms do not take away rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including any cooling-off right that cannot be waived. See also the Refunds page.
12. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email the address on your plan. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms, except that changes to a period already paid apply only as the law allows.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of indigocosmo.club, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
