Hours
Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 UTC. We reply within two business days. We do not offer a phone line and we do not monitor email at night or on weekends.
What we can help with
- Choosing Studio or Atelier, and sending a checkout link.
- Scheduling or rescheduling a coaching session.
- Questions about programs, residencies, or exhibiting — within the scope of a paid plan.
- Cancellation and refund requests under our Refunds policy.
What we cannot help with
- Emergencies, crisis support, or medical or psychological treatment. If you are in immediate distress, contact local emergency services or a licensed clinician.
- Questions that need a licensed therapist, physician, lawyer, or financial adviser.
- Gallery representation, guaranteed exhibitions, or acting as your agent.
