1. Who we are
The controller of personal information collected through this Site is Indigo Cosmo. Contact: hello@indigocosmo.club.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the coaching:
- Identity and contact data you send: name, email address, time zone, and the optional note in the coaching request.
- Coaching data: plan chosen, billing interval, status of your request, and whether you are a current client.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment, last-four digits or a wallet identifier if the provider sends them, and a transaction reference. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on this Site.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, date/time, and the page requested, as part of ordinary server logs. These public pages do not load advertising or analytics pixels.
- Correspondence: emails you send us, and our replies.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, or information about other people.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to coaching requests and decide whether the format is an appropriate (non-clinical) fit.
- To send a checkout link, confirm payment, and schedule sessions.
- To bill, refund, and prevent fraud, in line with our payment provider.
- To keep the Site working and secure.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the public pages of this Site for behavioral advertising.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a basis, we rely on: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the coaching contract; consent where you tick a box or email us; legitimate interests in running a small coaching service securely; and legal obligation (tax, consumer, and bookkeeping rules).
5. Who we share it with
- Payment providers and banks, only as needed to take payment or issue a refund.
- Email and hosting providers that process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisers (for example accountants) under confidentiality.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Some processors may be outside your country. We use them only to operate the service.
6. Cookies
These public pages do not set advertising cookies. Your browser may still send a session cookie if you later use a signed-in area. You can block cookies in your browser; the public information on this Site will still be readable.
7. Retention
Coaching requests that do not become paid clients are kept only as long as needed to reply (normally up to 12 months). Paid-client records, invoices, and refund files are kept for the period required by tax and consumer law, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
8. Children
The service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to limit or object to certain processing. Email hello@indigocosmo.club. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the latest version.
